One team for the deal, the technology and the growth

GNT Associates advises founders and owners of small and mid-market businesses on buying, growing and selling. Michigan-based, national reach.

Why GNT exists

Business owners are often forced to coordinate multiple advisors: one for a potential sale or acquisition, another for technology, and another for marketing and growth. Each may bring valuable expertise, but few see the complete business picture.

That disconnect can create conflicting priorities. A growth strategy may overlook an owner’s long-term exit goals. A valuation discussion may fail to account for the technology, systems, and operational readiness that prospective buyers will evaluate.

GNT Associates was created to bring those critical areas together.

We align transaction advisory, technology strategy, and go-to-market execution under one team—so your business plan, growth initiatives, and exit strategy work together from the start. The result is clearer direction, stronger execution, and a business that is better positioned for both growth and opportunity.

How we work

Strategy plus execution

Plans are the easy part. We stay through implementation, so the work leaves the page.

One team, not a referral chain

Advisory, technology and marketing in the same firm, with no handoffs between companies that do not talk to each other.

Founder-friendly and practical

Direct answers, plain language, and recommendations sized to what your business can actually absorb.

Pointed at value

Growth, transition and valuation improvement are the same problem viewed from different distances.
